THE TREE HOUSE CANOE AND KAYAK LAUNCH AREA

The Tree House Canoe and Kayak Launch/Recovery serves as the exit point for the Buttahachee River for canoers and kayakers. Named for the residence of the late, Blue Harbor, who was a prominent businessman well know in Hamilton. The Tree House is the new exit point for canoes and kayaks, being officially opened in 2023. Before its implementation there was no official exit point. The City of Hamilton would like to thank the family of the late Blue Harbor for allowing us to make this exit point for all to enjoy the beauty the Buttahachee River has to offer.
